Will my down comforter get lumpy?
No. Lumpiness happens when down is dried too fast or in small machines. We use massive commercial dryers with reversing tumblers and "fluffing balls" to ensure feathers separate and regain their original loft.
Do you wash weighted blankets?
Yes! Weighted blankets unbalance home washers. Our commercial machines are mounted on concrete slabs and handle the heavy extraction force needed to clean glass-bead blankets safely.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most synthetic comforters are ready the Next Day. Real Down/Feather comforters may take 48 hours because we use a "Low & Slow" drying method to ensure the feathers are completely dry.
