We are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM for all services and self-service access.

We provide Self-Service, Wash & Fold, Pickup & Delivery, Dry Cleaning, and Commercial Laundry.

How does Pickup & Delivery work?

Schedule online or by phone. Our team collects your laundry and returns it washed, folded, or dry cleaned right at your doorstep.
You can schedule your pickup easily on our website here.

How much does Wash & Fold cost?

Wash & Fold is $2.38 per pound with a $25 minimum. Pickup & Delivery starts at a $35 order minimum.

Do you offer dry cleaning? Where can I find your prices?

Yes, we offer professional dry cleaning for a variety of garments and household items. You can view our current dry cleaning prices here.

Facilities

What washer and dryer lineup do you have?

We have 19 washers (2–9 load capacities) and 24 dryers (express stack units) for efficient service.

How clean is your facility?

Our entire facility is sanitized regularly throughout the day, with special attention to seating areas, folding tables, and restrooms. We also run clean cycles on our washers regularly to ensure every machine is fresh and hygienic for your laundry. We pride ourselves on maintaining one of the cleanest laundromats in the area.

What safety measures are in place?

Your safety and comfort are top priorities at Bims Laundry Café. Our facility is fully attended during all open hours, and security cameras monitor all areas for added peace of mind. You can always feel secure and welcome here.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept quarters, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the DexterPay app. You can pay however you like—cashless, contactless, or the old-fashioned way!

Do I need to bring quarters, or can I pay everything digitally?

You don’t need to bring quarters—every washer and dryer accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the DexterPay app. Quarters are still welcome if you prefer.

Can I get change for cash on-site?

Yes, we have a change machine for bills and can assist at the front counter if needed.

Is there a minimum charge for card payments?

There is no minimum for card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or DexterPay app transactions.

Do you offer receipts for card or mobile payments?

Absolutely! Receipts are available for all payment types, whether you pay by card, mobile app, or quarters.
