Do you wash or dry clean comforters?
Our default is Professional Wet Cleaning — water and biodegradable detergents in roomy commercial machines. It's safer for your skin and removes sweat and oils far better than dry cleaning solvents. If the care label says "Dry Clean Only" (silk shells, viscose trims, wool fills), we dry‑clean instead. We inspect every label at pickup so you don't have to guess.
Will my down comforter get lumpy?
No. Lumpiness happens when down is dried too fast or in small machines. We use massive commercial dryers with reversing tumblers and "fluffing balls" to ensure feathers separate and regain their original loft.
Do you wash weighted blankets?
Yes! Weighted blankets unbalance home washers. Our commercial machines are mounted on concrete slabs and handle the heavy extraction force needed to clean glass-bead blankets safely.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most synthetic comforters are ready same day (if picked up by noon) or the next day. Real down / feather comforters may take 48 hours because we use a "Low & Slow" drying method to ensure the core is completely dry.
What about duvet covers and mattress pads?
Duvet covers are washed separately for a crisp finish and re‑buttoned on return. Mattress pads are evaluated at pickup — standard pads are machine‑washed, but foam inserts require hand‑care only. We'll advise you before cleaning.
Can I request fragrance-free or special detergent?
Absolutely. We offer fragrance‑free detergent, extra rinse cycles, hang drying, and low‑heat finish on request. You can also bring your own detergent and we'll use it — just include it with your pickup bag. Note your preferences when you book and we'll save them for future orders too.
