The weekly route is the regular cadence: bags out by 7pm Friday, collected by your Bims driver in the 7-to-9 sweep, home Sunday evening, pickup and delivery always free. On-demand is the in-between option for catch-up weeks and can't-wait moments: a courier collects most days for a courier fee that varies by location, shown at booking, and your delivery comes back free with a Bims driver on our next Tuesday, Friday, or Sunday run. When you book, the Friday evening pickup window with the Bims driver is the route; other pickup windows dispatch a courier. Either way, your laundry is washed at the same facility, in the same detergent, by the same hands.

Proof of value can be a receipt, a bank statement, or a current retail listing of the same item, claimed within 48 hours of delivery. Photo confirmation at pickup and delivery protects both sides.
